Star India Travel is a travel management company, not an online booking platform. Nothing on this Website constitutes an automatic or confirmed booking. Enquiries, call requests and messages submitted through this Website are requests for us to assist you — a confirmed booking only exists once we have separately issued written confirmation and, where applicable, received payment.

Availability, and any partner benefits referenced on this Website (such as room upgrades, early check-in, late check-out or amenities), are subject to availability and the policies of the participating property or airline at the time of your stay or flight, and are not guaranteed by us.
Pricing
Where indicative pricing is discussed, it reflects rates known to us at that time and may change due to currency fluctuation, supplier price changes, seasonality, or availability, until a booking is confirmed in writing. Confirmed bookings will state the final price payable.
Visa and Travel Documentation

Force Majeure
We will not be responsible for any failure or delay in providing services where this is caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, extreme weather, war, terrorism, civil unrest, government action, pandemic or epidemic, strikes, or airline/airport disruption.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of this Website will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kolkata, West Bengal, India.
